Easy on and off I-44. Workers were very nice and showed us to the site. There are few long and level ones available. Interior roads are mostly dirt and got muddy in the rain. The train does not blow a whistle so was not a problem. Restrooms and laundry were both clean. There are a few air TV stations, and Wi-Fi worked well. We thought it was pricey.

Easy to find and check in was pleasant. Our water/electric site was long, but muddy, and we needed blocks to level. Wi-Fi worked and cable was OK. It's not easy to see oncoming traffic on exit road, and reentry on the interstate is tricky. This is an OK park for overnight, but we'd not stay longer.

Easy on and off the I-80 toll road. The staff took us to our site, and were very helpful with directions. Interior roads were gravel, and our site was long and mostly level with one block. There is no cable, but satellite works with their few trees. Propane is on site. We appreciate the recycling of glass, aluminum, and plastic, and wish all campgrounds provided it. We will return.

We had a pretty view from our site, and the owners are extremely pleasant. Our 50 amp site was long, level, and shaded. There is some highway noise from all the trucks in the area, but it did not keep us awake. They have a large selection of cable channels, but Wi-Fi is only available in the office. The restrooms were clean, showers used tokens, and the washing machine was in the restroom. There is no propane on site. Watch for buggies on the curvy road to town for groceries.

The owners were very nice and took us to our site. The interior roads are dirt, but ours was level. It was very tight for a big rig. There is some highway noise, few TV stations, and Wi-Fi did not work. If you're looking for a complete get away, this is the place. It's fine, but a lot of money, for an overnight.

A haven it is not! Most sites are permanent. Entry road is gravel, narrow, and rutted. There are lots of trees, and turns are difficult for big rigs. Our site was barely long enough, and water was on the wrong side. We would not use the restroom after one look inside. We will not return.

The park is easy off and on from the highway. The interior roads were dirt, and the sites were a little muddy after two days of rain. The owners were very concerned about our satisfaction. The pool was covered, playground was nice, grills were provided and the cable very good. Everything was clean, and we weren't bothered by the train. The Pizza Hut is an easy walk. Our site was level, and we did not have to unhook. As with most KOA's it was expensive but a very good overnight stop.

It is an easy to find park with long, level, pull-through sites. Everything was very clean, and the showers had a dressing area. There were 70 cable channels that came in clearly. The Wireless worked well, and the owners are very nice. It is very close to the highway, so expect some noise. We will return if in the area.

Pros: The workers were very helpful with directions and offered reduced rates on many shows. The spacious restrooms and 10 washer laundry were very clean. Propane is sold by the gallon, and there are facilities for large groups. It is nice not to have to tow through the city, yet be 10-15 minutes from most shows. We saw people use the RV wash, and we used the free air pump. It is quiet and close to Kohl's, Target, Walmart, etc. There are grills at each site but are probably too close to your unit to use. The Wi-Fi worked fine. Cons: The sites are extremely close and not level, even with blocks. Many sites show signs of scraped vehicles, and interior roads need work. Our cable was very fuzzy, and some local channels were not viewable. It also went out when it rained. Our lot was open to satellite, but many are blocked with trees. This is nowhere near the best campground in the country, but it is better than most and reasonably priced. The pros outweigh the cons, so we will return.

We were very happy to find this easy stop with long, level pull-throughs. All sites were gravel, 50 amp, and Wi-Fi worked great. Laundry and restrooms were very clean, and the managers on site couldn't have been nicer. We were OK with no TV, and we did notice the road noise during the day. We slept fine and will return if in the area.

This is a repeat stop for us. We returned because it is easy off/on, and the sites are level. We would not have had to unhook. We have never seen a cleaner restroom nor met owners who try any harder to please. The price is reasonable, and there is shopping and many restaurants nearby. There aren't any trees which might be a problem in the summer, and there is some road noise. Therefore a nine instead of 10. We will return.

They have very few overnight spots, but they are level, paved, and pull-through. The trees are small so we could manage with a 37' fifth wheel. There were many cable channels, but they charge extra for Wi-Fi. It is easy off and on from the freeway, and they even provide boards for your jacks if you don't have any. It is an excellent overnight stop, and we will return if in the area.

I would love to give this park a 10 because it is a wonderful campground. Everything was immaculate. There is a playground, volleyball, picnic pavillion, and much to do in the area. It is wooded, but we picked up DISH just fine. Wi-Fi was inconsistent. The staff is great and work hard to get us just the right site. The only glitch is the train. The east side of the park is close to the tracks. We were in the middle of the park and heard it the first night, but after that it did not bother us. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a site away from it. We enjoyed the hiking trails on the base, and cannot wait to return.

This is a lovely park with a sparkling pool, attractive flowers, and very clean laundry and restrooms. Wi-Fi worked fine and there were a few local TV channels. It is close to the freeway exit, but we did not hear any traffic noise. The sites were not all level, but we were assigned one where we did not have to unhook. We will return when in the area.

Narrow access roads, interior roads gravel. Pull-through sites were long enough to not unhook, but we needed a block to level. There were many permanents and a nice playground. The bathhouse was old and in need of work. This is a good spot for an overnight if one is self-contained. We did not choose to use any facilities.

This is a mostly seasonal park across the street from a small airport. There are only about 20 sites for big rigs, and they are in full sun. The wooded area has very small sites with narrow roads and many low branches. Our second site was level (not all are), and long enough we didn't have to unhook with a 37' fifth wheel. The showers were cold, and the lake had a lot of algae in it. There were several very nice playgrounds for the kids, and a large fenced in area for dogs. Two pavilions were available for gatherings, and everything was pretty clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and provided many activities

We stayed one week in this great park. The interior roads are paved but narrow. The sites are gravel or grass, but were not muddy even though it rained every day while we were there. Our site was not quite level, but one block took care of that. Our fifth wheel is 37', and the owners picked a site good for us. The wifi didn't always work in the back of the park, but we didn't need it bad enough to check up front. Everything was very clean, and there was lots to do in the park. Because of its location, it would be a good base camp for many day trips. We didn't use the heated swimming pool, but many others did. We enjoyed our stay and are returning.

This is an easy to get to, well-kept, campground with very nice staff. Our request for a pull-through gravel site was met, even though they were pretty full. Interior roads are tight for a big rig, and cable is extra. WiFi is free and worked well. The wash house is not new, but was very clean, and it looks like there is a lot to do for families who want a longer stay. Our site was a tad unlevel, but we didn't have to unhook, and we were pleased with our stay. We will return with our fifth wheel.

This is an extremely clean and well maintained park. It is definitely the nicest in the area. The paved sites are long but not very wide. It is right on the water, and less windy than on the ocean. The beach is small, but clean and sandy. Being able to wash vehicles and rigs were a real plus. It is close to several restaurants, groceries, and a large laundry mat. Pensacola is an easy drive. We did not rate it higher because there is no shade, and their policies are different than on their website. They state they will not guarantee a specific site, but we know a couple that had to move during their stay because someone requested their site. There were several empty sites at the time. Also if you pay for a long term and have to leave early, there are no refunds, even if you are 24 hours into a several week stay!

This is close to the highway, so expect some noise. Check in was very friendly, and she found us a level pull through, so we didn't have to unhook our 37' fifth wheel. There are lots of trees, and the interior road was tight. The rest rooms were not fancy, but clean. There were several air TV stations, but no cable. We will stay here again on our way through.

We just wanted an easy overnight stop, and found this expensive for that purpose. We were put in a water and electric pull through at the end of the office and were barely off the road. The cable didn't work, but we got a couple air stations. They have a super playground and lots of activities available for all ages. The rest rooms were clean, and the park was very quiet. Due to the expense, we probably won't return.

We were here for four nights and had a very small, unlevel site that flooded when it rained. The park is just off a busy highway, but the road noise was not bad. The beeping of the tour buses next door did interfere with our sleep, however. Having said that, the people at the desk were very nice, and the Wi-Fi worked fine. The three private parks are right next door to each other, and this is the least expensive. It didn't have cable, but we did get limited local TV. It is easy on and off, and we will return when visiting family.

The rating is based on the fact that we were looking for an overnight, easy on and off park where we didn't have to unhook. The site was level and plenty big enough for our 37' fifth wheel. We were pleasantly greeted by friendly Dottie and her owner. The sites are full hook up, and the WiFi is free. There is no laundry or wash house, but the park is very quiet even though it is close to the highway. There is a laundry as well as a super WalMart within four miles if needed. There is also a discount for paying cash. We are glad we found this park and will return.

This was an overnight stop. They don't advertise big rig sites, but we were able to pull in a water/electric site and not unhook with a 37" fifth wheel. The owners stayed open late for us to arrive and were very nice. The rest rooms were very clean. We will return.
